The testing procedure is performed in the following steps:

1. Order and receive test kit
- Check the product immediately upon receipt.

2. Register for testing
- Scan the QR code and register for testing on the app

3. Collect urine sample
- Collect the first urine of the morning and put it in the special container provided.

4. Submit sample
- Attach return label and send via courier service.

5. Conduct testing
- Samples are analyzed at a laboratory that meets the standards of the Ministry of Health, using Multiplex Real-time PCR technology with high accuracy.

6. View results
- Check results and consult online with a medical expert

It's simple, you can easily collect a urine sample at home by following the instructions below:

1. Collecting your first urine sample in the morning will give you the most accurate results.
2. Use the paper cup provided in the box and collect about half a cup of urine.
3. Pour the collected urine into a specialized container according to the capacity line (orange)
4. Close the lid and wrap with parafilm.
5. Complete the sample submission by placing the urine sample container in the included zip bag and placing it in the box.

Note: For hygiene reasons, please wash your hands thoroughly before collecting the sample and follow the instructions provided to ensure safety and accuracy.

Currently, our testing service is not available to customers under 18 years old. This is because it is impossible to clearly verify the legal guardianship of minors. If an account is found to belong to a user under 18 years old, the account will be deleted within 24 hours and all fees will not be refunded. For more details, please contact our customer service.

- Testing begins as soon as the sample arrives at the lab. Results are typically returned within 5–7 business days.
- After registering for a test, you can track the status and expected result date on the real-time results dashboard.

* Note on shipping
1) Since the waybill code may be scanned before the item is delivered, you should wait at least 2 days from the status changing to “In Delivery” until you receive the item.
2) In some cases, the shipping unit may update the status slowly or incorrectly. If after 5 working days the status remains unchanged, please contact customer service for timely assistance.
