1. INTRODUCTION
Open HealthCare Vietnam Joint Stock Company or the Laboratory under Open HealthCare Joint Stock Company ("OHVN", "we") provides the service of ordering HPV & STIs test kits online through the website www.ohvn.vn) and mobile application (Allrangekit App) operated by OHVN, supporting on-site sample collection and testing at OHVN laboratory ("Service"). This service is not intended for diagnosis or treatment but is only aimed at health care and personal health monitoring.
By clicking on the "Agree" option when accessing, installing the application or using our services, you ("User") commit to having read and understood the entire content, agreeing to comply with all the terms in our Policy below:
1. INTRODUCTION
Open HealthCare Vietnam Joint Stock Company or its affiliated Laboratory ("OHVN", "we") provides an online ordering service for HPV & STIs test sample collection kits through our websites (www.ohvn.vn) and the mobile application (Allrangekit App) operated by OHVN, including home sample collection and laboratory testing at OHVN's facilities ("Service"). This Service is not intended for disease diagnosis or treatment , but rather for health monitoring and personal wellness purposes.
By selecting the "Agree" option when accessing, installing the application, or using our Service, you ("User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms set forth in our Policy below:
2. OHVN INTEGRATED MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION AND OHVN MEMBER'S USE OF SERVICES
2.1. Register for OHVN integrated membership
When using OHVN Services, users can register to become integrated members of OHVN by filling out the membership registration form available on OHVN's website and application. Users must ensure to provide complete and accurate information, and are responsible for the information provided when registering an account.
Registration to become an integrated member of OHVN is considered complete when the User selects "Agree" to all the contents of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and performs the registration in accordance with the procedures and conditions prescribed by OHVN, and the registration form is confirmed by OHVN and sent to the User via SMS or Zalo application.
2. REGISTRATION OF OHVN INTEGRATED MEMBERSHIP AND USE OF OHVN SERVICES BY MEMBERS
2.1. Registration of OHVN Integrated Membership
Users who use OHVN's Services may register to become an integrated member of OHVN by completing the membership registration form available on OHVN's website and mobile application. Users must ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete, and are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted during registration.
Registration shall be deemed completed when the User selects "Agree" to all contents of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, completes the registration process in accordance with OHVN's requirements, and receives confirmation of approval from OHVN via SMS or Zalo application.
2.2. Regulations on OHVN Integrated Membership
2.2.1. Once a member, Users can log in and use all integrated services of OHVN through Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism on all electronic platforms owned and operated by OHVN, including but not limited to: website ohvn.vn, allrangekit.vn and mobile application AllrangeKit.
2.2.2. During the use of OHVN's services, OHVN may send notifications to Members via email, SMS, Zalo application or push notification on mobile devices. In case it is not possible to send individual notifications, OHVN may post a public notice on the website's homepage and mobile application, and is considered to have fulfilled its notification obligation.
2.2.3. OHVN has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate membership without prior notice if one of the following cases occurs:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration.
- Customers are individuals who do not meet the age requirements and have the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
- Violating the law, social ethics, or public order while using the service.
- Damage the reputation, brand or hinder the normal operation of OHVN.
- Actions or purposes of using the service that OHVN deems inappropriate.
2.2. Regulations on OHVN Integrated Membership Status
2.2.1. Once registered, Users may access and use all integrated services of OHVN via the Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanism across all electronic platforms owned and operated by OHVN, including but not limited to: websites ohvn.vn, allrangekit.vn, and the AllrangeKit mobile application.
2.2.2. During service usage, OHVN may send notices to Members via email, SMS, Zalo application, or push notifications on mobile devices. In cases where personal notification is not possible, OHVN may post public announcements on the homepage of the website or mobile application, which shall be considered as sufficient notice.
2.2.3. OHVN reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or terminate a Member's status without prior notice in any of the following cases:
- Providing false or fraudulent information during registration.
- Being under the minimum age requirement or lacking consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Engaging in illegal, unethical, or socially aggressive behavior during service use.
- Causing damage to OHVN's reputation, brand, or interfering with normal operations.
- Any other conduct or service use considered inappropriate by OHVN.
2.2.4. Members may voluntarily cancel their OHVN membership at any time. Upon cancellation, all account data, reward points, promotional codes or vouchers will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
2.2.5. Transaction histories, appointments, purchase orders, tests, etc. are kept according to OHVN's Policy and current legal regulations, for the purpose of inspection, complaints or upon request from state management agencies.
2.3 Regulations on information security of OHVN integrated members
2.3.1. Members are not allowed to share, transfer accounts, passwords or service usage rights to third parties in any form. OHVN is not responsible for any damages arising from the disclosure or sharing of account information due to the User's fault. Members are responsible for securing and controlling their own accounts.
2.3.2. During the process of Users/Integrated Members using OHVN's services, OHVN commits to strictly comply with the provisions of Vietnamese law related to personal data protection according to the published Privacy Policy and updated, amended and supplemented from time to time.
2.2.4. Members may terminate their OHVN membership at any time. Upon termination, all account data, reward points, vouchers, or promotional codes will be immediately deleted and cannot be restored.
2.2.5. Transaction history, appointments, orders, and test records will be retained in accordance with OHVN's policies and applicable legal requirements for purposes of audit, dispute resolution, or as requested by authorities.
2.3. Regulations on Information Security for OHVN Integrated Members
2.3.1. Members are not permitted to share or transfer their account, password, or service access rights to any third party under any circumstances. OHVN is not responsible for any damages arising from the disclosure or sharing of account information due to User negligence. Members are solely responsible for the security and control of their accounts.
2.3.2. During the use of OHVN services by Users or Integrated Members, OHVN is committed to strict compliance with Vietnamese laws on personal data protection in accordance with the published Privacy Policy, as amended, updated, or supplemented from time to time.
3. GENERAL TERMS OF TRADING, ORDERING REGULATIONS, PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
3.1. Product information
During the process of Users using services on OHVN's website and application, OHVN will provide public information about the characteristics, properties, information of the test kit product label (such as origin, source, etc.) and the specific selling price of each service package and test kit in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
3.2. Pricing policy
The prices of service packages and test kit prices of OHVN are decided by OHVN from time to time. The prices of service packages and test kit prices of OHVN are publicly disclosed to customers at the time of ordering and include taxes and fees. Except in cases where, at the time of ordering, according to OHVN's policy, OHVN may clearly state that the selling price does not include taxes and fees, the User must pay these taxes and fees in addition.
Note that: The selling price published by OHVN on the website/application does not include shipping costs in all cases.
3. GENERAL TERMS OF TRANSACTION, ORDER REGULATIONS, PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
3.1. Product Information
During the User's use of the services on OHVN's website and mobile application, OHVN shall publicly provide information regarding the characteristics, specifications, and product labeling details of the test kits (such as origin, manufacturer, etc.), as well as the specific price of each service package or test kit, in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
3.2. Pricing Policy
The prices of OHVN's service packages and test kits are determined by OHVN from time to time. The prices publicly listed to customers at the time of ordering are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees. However, in certain cases and in accordance with OHVN's policy, if it is clearly stated at the time of ordering that the listed price does not include taxes or fees, the User shall be responsible for paying such additional amounts.
Note: All prices published by OHVN on the website/application do not include shipping fees under any circumstances.
3.3. Ordering regulations
3.3.1 Order reception
It is the User's responsibility to carefully read the product description, terms of service, prices, and related policies before placing an order. By placing an order, the User confirms that he/she has understood and agreed to all published information and conditions.
Customers/Users can contact directly via OHVN's call center or access OHVN's website/application, provide necessary information as requested by the call center specialist/request for information in the form.
3.3. Order Regulations
3.3.1 Order Placement
Users are responsible for carefully reviewing the product descriptions, service conditions, pricing, and related policies before placing an order. By placing an order, the User confirms that they have understood and agreed to all the published information and conditions.
Customers/Users may place an order by contacting OHVN's call center directly or by accessing OHVN's website or mobile application and providing the required information as requested by the call center agent or as specified in the provided form.
